Terms and Conditions

• 50% non-refundable deposit required to reserve.

• Remaining balance due 24 hours before setup.

• Cancellations within 48 hours = no refund.

• One free reschedule allowed with 72 hours’ notice.

Room Booking Policies

• If EverAfterAmor books your hotel room, the client must:

– Pay the full room rate upfront (non-refundable).

– Provide accurate guest info for check-in.

– Accept all hotel rules, deposits, and incidental fees.

– Cover any damages or charges billed by the hotel.

• If the client books their own room, they must guarantee access at the scheduled time (key, code, or hotel authorization).

• Denied or delayed access over 30 minutes = cancellation with no refund.

Decor Stay Rules

• All decorations remain in the room for a minimum of 3 hours unless early teardown is purchased as an add-on.

• Removal/cleanup is an optional service and not included unless added.

Hourly Booking Terms

• Hourly setups require full payment upfront.

• Hourly bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.

• Clients must vacate the room on time if the room is booked through EverAfterAmor.

• Hourly bookings include setup only—breakdown is an extra add-on.

• Extended time must be purchased before setup begins.

Safety & Liability

• Client responsible for safe use of candles, props, and décor.

• Custom items (names, balloons, LED signs) are non-refundable.

• Alcohol add-ons require 21+ ID and a $50 service fee.

• By booking, the client agrees to all terms, hotel rules, and liability conditions.
